Ingredients
3 Russet potatoes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350*F
Use a fork to puncture potato skins 4 times. This helps release pressure from steam as the potatoes bake.
Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 50 minutes or until tender.
With Steamed Broccoli

1/8 tsp. kosher salt
pinch of black pepper
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
With Turkey Bacon & Scallion

1 tablespoon low-sodium Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped
